Creative dishes and fine wines from South Tyrol
The Pörnbacher family has always paid special attention to the cuisine of the house. Every day we serve a choice of two five-course menus including a varied salad buffet. Our weekly highlights include the Tyrolean evening as well as the Sunday gala dinner or the delicious aperitif with sparkling wine.
Of course, the right ambience should not be missing. In addition to the dining room, you can enjoy the meals in the old farmhouse parlour or under the rustic vault between thick stone walls.
Attention wine lovers...
Every good meal should be accompanied by a delicious drop of wine. Our wine list with approximately 150 labels and a focus on South Tyrolean highlights invites you to taste and enjoy. The owner will be happy to advise you personally and recommend his favourites.
To round off the evening, on the other hand, a South Tyrolean herbal liqueur, a grappa from the oak barrel or a fruity gin & tonic cannot go amiss.
Fresh, homemade pasta and ravioli
Under no circumstances should you miss tasting our homemade pasta dishes. Schlutzkrapfen, Ravioli or Gigli are produced weekly in house and prepared with fresh ingredients!
Breakfast buffet for gourmets
To ensure that each day begins as the evening ended, our guests serve themselves to the rich breakfast buffet. To start fit into new adventures, enjoy different kinds of cheese and sausages, mueslis, fruits, homemade fruit spreads, egg dishes, yoghurts, fresh breads and delicious desserts.
