Local cuisine and South Tyrolean wines
We have always been giving special attention to the cuisine of our hotel. Every day, we serve menus of 5 courses with a large salad buffet. At the weekend, however, you are regaled with a gala dinner and on every Sunday you will whet your appetite with an aperitif and finger food.
Breakfast buffet for gourmets
In the morning you can fortify yourself for the day with a rich breakfast buffet. Try different sorts of cheese and bacon, muesli, fruits, jams, egg dishes, yoghurt and various sorts of bread. In this way, every day will start with a smile on your face.
Home-made pasta for the spoiled palate
You should not miss the opportunity to taste our home-made pasta. “Schlutzkrapfen”, ravioli and pappardelle are produced and always freshly prepared in our hotel.
